Today, I want to speak to the essence of who you are and the incredible potential that lies within you. As women, we often find ourselves juggling various roles and responsibilities, striving to meet societal expectations, and sometimes, losing sight of our true purpose.
But here's the truth: you were created with intention, with a unique set of gifts and talents that are meant to be shared with the world. God has a specific plan for your life, a purpose that only you can fulfill. And it's time to embrace that purpose wholeheartedly.
The Empowered Woman is here to remind you of your worth, your strength, and your divine calling. We want you to step into the fullness of who you are, to embrace your passions, your dreams, and your God-given potential.
But we also understand that this journey isn't always easy. There may be obstacles in your path, doubts in your mind, and fears in your heart. That's why our community is here—to offer support, encouragement, and guidance every step of the way.
So, I urge you to take a moment today to reflect on your life and ask yourself: Am I living in alignment with God's purpose for me? Am I fully embracing all that He has called me to be?
If the answer is yes, then I applaud you, dear sister. Keep shining your light brightly and inspiring others to do the same. But if the answer is no, then know that it's never too late to course-correct, to realign your priorities, and to start living with intention.

Lardina Coles
Hi, I'm Lardina Coles, and together with my husband Steffon, we lead Relationship Matters Ministries, a church dedicated to fostering positive relationships with God and others. Nestled just a few miles outside of Philadelphia, our home is a bustling hub of love, laughter, and faith, shared with our youngest daughter, two nieces, and our dynamic duo of furry friends—Nyla the dog and Jessie the bougie cat.
My heart beats for God, and I'm deeply passionate about capturing His profound love for women. In my journey, I penned "Relationship Matters: Overcoming the Want to Be Alone After Hurt," a book born from my desire to help others heal from past traumas and relationship pains.
Not content with just one avenue of reaching hearts, I also pour my soul into writing blogs for both Relationship Matters Ministries and The Empowered Woman. For me, The Empowered Woman embodies everything I wish to convey to women worldwide: the message that healing from past hurts and traumas is possible, and that with God's guidance, love can bloom anew.
Whenever I find myself grappling with what to say to someone who's endured trauma, I turn to God for guidance. His response is always the same: "Share your story." So that's precisely what I do—I share my journey, my struggles, and my triumphs, in the hopes that others may find solace, healing, and divine inspiration through my words.
No matter what challenges life throws your way, I want you to know this: you are empowered to overcome. Through my writings, I pray that you discover healing, inspiration, and most importantly, God's unwavering love.
